Music Report

Lab Band

• Performed at the Rowan University Jazz Festival

• Upcoming Pennsbury contest
   

Jazz Band

• Received a rating of “Superior with honors” (highest rating category) at the opening Cavalcade of Bands Jazz Festival at Twin Valley High School

• Received a rating of “Superior with honors” at the Cavalcade of Bands Jazz Festival at Cheltenham High School

• Upcoming Bergs Festival and two more Cavalcade of Bands Jazz Festival

Pit Orchestra

• Mean Girls Spring Musical Performances on the weekend of 3/1 and 3/8

• Spring Concerts - Instrumental

  • May 1st Spring Band concert

  • May 2nd Spring Orchestra/Jazz band concert

Marching Band

• Meeting with music arranger to narrow down with music selections.

• Seeking a part-time staff member to focus on percussion.

Choral

• Stay Tuned

• Became the ICHSA quarter final champions as Best VP and Best soloist

• The semi-finals will occur on March 23rd at Northern Highlands High School
